Beniamino Bello is the co-founder of Bar Bello in Montreal’s Little Italy, which opened in August 2023 as an aperitivo-focused bar. He is “Benny Bello” and notes the venue was created with Kevin Demers to bring a classic Italian aperitivo experience to Montreal.
