Bill Gilroy

Bill Gilroy is a co-founder of Employees Only in New York City, the West Village cocktail bar that opened in 2004 and became one of the city’s best-known speakeasy-style venues. Employees Only’s official site identifies him among the founders and notes that, after earlier restaurant work, he went on to open restaurants including Lucky Strike, Match in SoHo and the Upper East Side, Employees Only, and Macao Trading Company.
