Alice Tourbier

Alice Tourbier is a French hotelier and co-founder of Les Sources, the vineyard-hotel collection she built with her husband, Jerome Tourbier. The pair opened Les Sources de Caudalie in 1999, followed with Les Sources de Cheverny in 2020, acquired the vineyard properties that became the Burgundy and Alsace chapters of the collection in 2022, and opened Les Sources de Vougeot in 2026. Tourbier's work joins luxury hospitality, gastronomy, wine tourism, wellness and environmental stewardship; in January 2026 she and Jerome were jointly made Knights of the Legion of Honour for their contribution to French tourism and regional development.
