Alice Tourbier is the co-founder and owner of Les Sources, the hospitality collection she built with Jérôme Tourbier, beginning with Les Sources de Caudalie in Martillac near Bordeaux in 1999. Public materials also identify her as the founder of Les Sources de Cheverny in the Loire Valley, which opened in 2020, and as a co-owner of Les Sources de Vougeot. Official hotel materials describe the collection as a group of vineyard hotels and list Alice and Jérôme Tourbier as the owners of Les Sources de Caudalie and Les Sources de Cheverny.
