i. Biography
Jérôme Tourbier is the co-founder and president of the Hôtels Les Sources collection, a family hospitality group focused on luxury hotels in French wine regions. He and Alice Tourbier opened Les Sources de Caudalie in 1999 in Martillac, in the Bordeaux wine area near Château Smith Haut Lafitte, and later expanded the collection to include properties in the Loire Valley and Burgundy. Public interviews and press also describe him as the founder of Les Sources and as an entrepreneur associated with the development of French wine-country hospitality.
