i. Biography
Amanda Cheung is a Hong Kong hospitality operator and a co-founder of Gokan, the Ice House Street bar opened in July 2024 with Shingo Gokan of SG Group and Russell Stradmoor. A born-and-raised Hongkonger, she is also managing director of the First Initiative Foundation and director of brand and heritage for her family's Garden confectionery business.
