i. Biography
Jason Kosmas is a co-founder of Employees Only, the Greenwich Village cocktail bar opened in 2004 alongside Dushan Zaric, Igor Hadzismajlovic, Henry LaFarge, and Bill Gilroy. He first worked at Pravda in SoHo, where he rose to Bar Manager and helped earn the bar Time Out New York’s Best Martini Bar recognition. After Employees Only, he co-authored cocktail books, co-founded beverage consulting and product ventures including the 86 Co., and later led a Texas outlet expansion for Employees Only.
