Bastien Ciocca

Bastien Ciocca is the co-founder and co-owner of Hope & Sesame in Guangzhou, a speakeasy cocktail bar opened in March 2016 in Dongshankou, Guangzhou. He co-founded the bar with Andrew Ho after the two met at hospitality school in Switzerland; Hope & Sesame has since become a major name in mainland China’s cocktail scene and was conceived by Ciocca and Ho as a venue rooted in Cantonese-inspired cocktails and modern bar technique.
