    Cassandra Karinsky is the Australian co-founder of +61 (Plus61) in Marrakech’s Gueliz district, a restaurant created to bring relaxed Australian-style dining to the city. She is a Sydney-origin designer who opened the restaurant with Sebastian de Gzell and, later, chef Andrew Cibej, and notes the venue’s focus on seasonally changing menus built around local, bio-organic produce.
