Sebastian de Gzell is the co-founder and managing partner of +61 in Marrakech, a restaurant that opened in Gueliz in 2018 and is named for Australia’s international dialing code. He is also associated with Nomad in Marrakech, and coverage of +61 credits him and Cassandra Karinsky with bringing Sydney-style dining to Morocco, with chef Andrew Cibej involved in the project.
