    Córdoba-born Carito Lourenço is the co-creator and chef-owner of FIERRO in Valencia. She leads the restaurant and its parent company Tándem Gastronómico with her partner Germán Carrizo and became the first Argentine woman chef to earn a Michelin star in 2022.
