Avinash Kapoli is a Bengaluru-based hospitality professional and co-founder of Soka, a cocktail bar on 1st Main Road in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, that is presented as a project by Sombir Choudhary and Kapoli. He has been stirring cocktails and managing bars for 14 years and has helped establish leading bars across India. A 2026 interview states he was born in Dharmasthala and raised in Bengaluru and identifies Soka as part of his wider hospitality portfolio with Kompany Hospitality.
