Azzat Traboulsi is a co-founder of Buco in Beirut, launched in December 2023 as a modern gastro bar focused on burgers and cocktails. Buco’s partnership has been described in coverage as including Tarek Alameddine, Sami Khoueiry, and Azzat Traboulsi, with the venue operating on Gouraud Street in Beirut’s Gemmayzeh/Saifi area.
