Tarek Alameddine

Chef Tarek Alameddine is the culinary lead behind Beihouse in Beirut and the founder/co-founder of Buco, a Beirut gastro-bar known for premium burgers and cocktails. He is a culinary storyteller who was raised in Aitat, Lebanon, trained at Les Roches and the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in Jordan, staged at D.O.M., and spent six and a half years at Noma in Copenhagen as sous chef under René Redzepi. He returned to Beirut to partner with Beihouse and later launched Buco in December 2023, with both venues highlighting his modern, ingredient-led approach to Lebanese and Levantine food.
