Gabriela Lozada is the head bartender and bar manager at Brujas in Mexico City, an all-women bar in La Casa de las Brujas in Roma Norte. Profiles of her work describe her cocktail program as rooted in Mexican herbalism and inspired by women’s history and healing traditions. Earlier reporting says she began in hospitality at 16 and previously worked at Pujol and Hanky Panky before opening Brujas.
