i. Biography
Antonis Kioseoglou is the chief oenologist at Ktima Kir-Yianni, where he joined in 2010 after prior work at Alpha Estate and Mesimvria Wines. Ktima Kir-Yianni states that he holds a chemistry degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Diplôme National d’Oenologue from the University of Bordeaux. Kir-Yianni also credits him, together with winemaker Stellios Boutaris, for long-running sparkling-wine work focused largely on Xinomavro, including the winery’s wines at the TIWSC 2023 competition.
