April Shute is Vice President and Managing Director of Town and Country San Diego, a 688-room convention hotel in San Diego that underwent an $80 million renovation. Her hospitality career spans nearly 30 years, including senior leadership roles with KSL Resorts, Sage Hospitality, and Two Roads Hospitality. She also serves on the board of the San Diego Tourism Authority and has held leadership roles in regional tourism and lodging organizations.
