Sur les pentes de la Butte Montmartre, Arnaud Larher s’est installé dans une ancienne galerie d’art impressionniste. Il n’est donc pas surprenant qu’il ose mélanger la tradition avec un soupçon de subversif: mousse au chocolat noir avec compote de mûres, et thé à la mûre, compote de framboise ou crèmes brûlées au caramel au beurre salé.
