Ashley Palmer Watts

Ashley Palmer-Watts is a British chef from Dorset who spent about 20 years with Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck group, rising to head chef at The Fat Duck in Bray and later helping develop and lead Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London and Melbourne. He is now publicly identified as co-founder and chef at The Devonshire in Soho, where he heads the upstairs kitchen and grill/restaurant operation.
