Ashtin Berry

Ashtin Berry is a hospitality activist, sommelier, beverage consultant, and writer known for work focused on equity, harassment prevention, and safer workplace culture in bars and restaurants. Her hospitality career has spanned roughly a decade across Chicago, Seattle, New Orleans, and New York City, including beverage and sommelier roles before she shifted toward consulting and education. She founded Radical Xchange in 2018 and was named Imbibe’s 2019 Bartender of the Year and the Roku Industry Icon for The World’s 50 Best Bars 2020.
