Aurélie Collomb-Clerc

Aurélie Collomb-Clerc is a French pastry chef from Manigod, Haute-Savoie, who trained in 2009 at the CFA de Groisy and later worked at the Château des Avenières before joining Emmanuel Renaut’s Flocons de Sel in Megève in 2016. She served as head pastry chef at Flocons de Sel, where the restaurant holds three Michelin stars, and she was named Pâtissière de l’année 2021 by the magazine Le Chef. A 2023 profile also notes her departure from Flocons de Sel after seven years and highlights her seasonal, locally inspired dessert style.
