Austin Joseph is the general manager of Sorekara in Orlando’s Baldwin Park neighborhood, where the restaurant’s multiroom tasting-menu service was recognized by the MICHELIN Guide Florida for exceptional service in 2025. He received the MICHELIN Guide Florida 2025 Service Award / Outstanding Service Award, with MICHELIN describing his work as helping choreograph a nearly 20-course experience that can last more than four hours.
