Baptiste Loiseau

Baptiste Loiseau has been Cellar Master of Rémy Martin since 2014. Born and raised in Cognac, he joined the house as an experimental engineer, entered its tasting committee under Pierrette Trichet, and became deputy cellar master in 2011 before completing three years of preparation for the lead role. He oversees the selection and blending of eaux-de-vie, advises winegrowers, and follows maturation across the cellars. His work connects the Fine Champagne house's partner growers, sensory memory, long ageing cycles, and the consistent style of its cognacs.
