Bart Desmidt is a Belgian chef associated with Bartholomeus in Heist, Belgium, where Michelin described him as the chef welcoming guests alongside his right-hand man Philip and Sandra. Sources also describe him as the chef behind the former two-Michelin-star Bartholomeus concept that was reworked in late 2019 and relaunched in a new format in 2020.
