Benito Salcedo Ríos is a raicillero and agronomist-engineer associated with the family production of raicilla in El Mosco, Sierra Occidental de Jalisco, Mexico. Available product and producer pages is one of the Salcedo Ríos brothers who manages farming and agave cultivation for La Venenosa Tabernas and related raicilla projects, while his brother José handles cooking, fermenting, and distilling.
