Benjamin Chmura is the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef at Tantris Maison Culinaire in Munich, Germany, where he has led the kitchen since 2021, reviving the restaurant's French haute cuisine roots established in 1971 by Eckart Witzigmann. Born in Canada, he grew up in Brussels and trained at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, followed by professional experience in London and Australia. He emphasizes seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, meticulous craftsmanship, and grande cuisine techniques inspired by chefs like the Haeberlins and Troisgros.
