Benjamín Nast is a Chilean chef and restauranteur known for Demencia in Vitacura, Santiago, where he has positioned the project as a creative restobar with a strong experiential focus. He is the founder of earlier projects including De Patio and De Calle, and the chef behind Demencia’s reopening and later evolution.
