i. Biography
Bethany Heinze is the co-owner and operations and beverage director of Vern's in Charleston, South Carolina. After directing beverage and front-of-house operations at McCrady's in Charleston, Animal, Jon & Vinny's, and Gjusta in Los Angeles, and staging at Château de Béru in Chablis, she co-founded Vern's in July 2022. Under her leadership, the restaurant has earned a Michelin star and national acclaim on The New York Times Restaurant List.
