Bill Fu is the Chinese executive chef at Bao Li Xuan at Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai, where the restaurant’s Cantonese menu emphasizes tradition, seasonality, and refined contemporary presentation. Bvlgari Hotels states that Chef Fu has more than 25 years of culinary experience and has previously led Michelin-starred restaurants in Macau and Hong Kong.
