i. Biography
Blair Walter is the winemaker at Felton Road in Bannockburn, Central Otago, New Zealand, and has been there since before the winery’s first official vintage in 1997. He joined Felton Road in 1996 and has overseen the estate’s wines through its long emphasis on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling, with the winery also noted for organic and Demeter-certified farming.
