Blanca Esthela Martínez Bueno, known as Doña Esthela, is the chef and owner of La Cocina de Doña Esthela in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico. The restaurant opened in 2008 and became widely known for its breakfast, including machaca con huevo, after later recognition from the Michelin Guide and international food press.
