In 2025, Bret Urness is operating from a warehouse in Tin City, where the scale lets him stay close to the wine through production. That approach was already visible in 2023, when his lineup included single-varietal wines and Rhône-style blend microlots, all made in deliberately low quantities so he could personally shepherd every barrel and maintain complete quality control. The model is practical by design: keep the footprint efficient, keep the attention on the work, and let Tin City serve as the base for a compact production setup.
