i. Biography
Adam Casto is the Head Winemaker at Ehlers Estate in St. Helena, Napa Valley, where he has led the estate’s winemaking since 2023. He is a winemaker whose experience spans Washington, New Zealand, Chile, Tasmania, France, and Napa, including more than a decade under consulting winemaker Philippe Melka at DANA and Gandona Estates. Wine Enthusiast named him to its Future 40 Tastemakers list for his work at Ehlers Estate.
