Brian Baxter

Brian Baxter is a Florida native and Culinary Institute of America graduate whose career in Southern restaurants began in Charleston, where he worked as Chef de Partie at McCrady’s under Sean Brock. He moved to Nashville to join the opening team at Husk Nashville, later became chef de cuisine there, and ultimately served as executive chef of The Catbird Seat in Nashville. Public coverage also notes his work at Bastion in Nashville and his recognition on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in food and drink.
