i. Biography
Brittany Kellum, also known as “BK,” is a Charlotte, North Carolina beverage professional and currently serves as Beverage Director for Rare Roots Hospitality. She began in hospitality while studying at UNC Charlotte, working at Dressler’s Metropolitan before joining the opening team at Dogwood Southern Table & Bar in 2014 and later moving to Fin & Fino, where she led and shaped the bar program. She is a key figure in Charlotte’s cocktail scene, and she was recognized with her third nomination for Charlotte Mixologist of the Year at the UPPY awards after previously winning.
