Bruna Amendola

Bruna Amendola is a Brazil-born, Barcelona-based hospitality and gastronomy consultant who has worked in the industry since 1997, with early experience in São Paulo alongside chefs including Alex Atala, the Torres brothers, Santi Santamaria, and Sergi Arola. She relocated to Barcelona in 2009 and later continued consulting on gastronomy, hotels, events, and strategic partnerships across Portugal, Brazil, Spain, the UK, and Singapore. She is also the co-founder of Foggo and Foggoconecta and contributes to The Best Chef Awards and publications including Forbes Life, Fashion, GQ Brasil, and GQ Brasil/Forbes Brasil coverage.
