Burçak Kazdal

Burçak Kazdal is the co-founder and executive chef of Apartıman Yeniköy in Sarıyer, Istanbul, a family apartment turned restaurant that opened in October 2017. She is leading the kitchen at the venue, with a culinary approach centered on creativity, local producers, and sustainable sourcing. She is part of a sibling-led project with her brother Murat Kazdal, who handles the bar and operations.
