Byron Lazaroff-Puck is the President of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining, the company behind Spago, CUT, Chinois on Main, and CARAMÁ, and he is identified in official company leadership material as part of Wolfgang Puck’s leadership team. He was born and raised in Los Angeles and is the son of chef-restaurateur Wolfgang Puck and designer Barbara Lazaroff; prior reporting says his hospitality career began at age 12 as a dishwasher at Spago Beverly Hills.
