Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand

Joël Robuchon is MGM Grand’s formal French restaurant in Las Vegas, led by Executive Chef Eleazar Villanueva. It holds two Michelin stars in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Southwest. The restaurant received three Michelin stars in 2008, an earlier distinction in its history.

The Kitchen and Dining Room

Villanueva leads a menu rooted in Joël Robuchon’s French cooking, with signature preparations and seasonal dishes. MGM’s featured plates include Le Caviar Impérial, combining caviar and crab with cauliflower purée, alongside king crab served in an egg and an asparagus preparation with caviar.

The dining room takes its design cues from an Art Deco townhouse, with a garden terrace and formal table service. This is the restaurant historically associated with the “at The Mansion” name. MGM now lists it as Joël Robuchon. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a separate restaurant at MGM Grand, with its own counter-dining format and reservations.

Recognition and Reservations

Alongside its current Michelin distinction, MGM lists Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond and Wine Spectator Grand Award recognition. General Manager Sean Christopher received the 2026 MICHELIN Service Award.
