Calum Montgomery

Calum Montgomery is the Chef Patron and Chef Owner of Edinbane Lodge on the Isle of Skye, where he leads the restaurant with a focus on Skye’s local produce and a seasonally driven approach. He began cooking at age 14, trained in Glasgow, and worked at Kinloch Lodge and Ullinish Lodge before spending time at Restaurant Frederikshøj in Denmark and later opening Edinbane Lodge with his family in 2017–2018. He was named Scottish Chef of the Year in 2023 and his restaurant was named Scottish Restaurant of the Year, while Edinbane Lodge has also been recognized with 4 AA Rosettes and Michelin Guide status.
