Wine training here is a matter of repetition, technical schooling, and the patience to keep tightening the work. Carlo Casetta built that base at Oenology High School, Oenological School of Alba, and Turin, moving through study with a clear focus on oenology and the precision the trade asks for. That preparation carried into his years as oenologist at an important winery in the neighbourhood (2013–2021), where the job would have required technical rigor and consistency. It also sits beside his other defining role: owner of Carlo Casetta Winery (since 2011), a position that places his name directly on the work and ties his standing to the daily demands of the cellar.

Where They Are Now

Ownership remains the central fact of the present: Carlo Casetta has been owner of the winery since 2011. His own wording is plain, but it points to the scale of the responsibility: "Since 2011 I'm the owner of my Winery, whose I dedicate my ambition and all my commitment."
