i. Biography
Carrie Morey is the founder and owner of Callie's Charleston Biscuits and Callie's Hot Little Biscuit, established in 2005 in Charleston, South Carolina. She transformed her mother's artisanal biscuit recipe into a national food enterprise encompassing retail eateries, catering, food truck operations, and grocery distribution. Morey has authored two cookbooks and stars in the PBS culinary docuseries How She Rolls.
