Coming Up
Training at Northern Illinois University gave Casper Rice a formal start, but the practical work came through long stretches in rooms where timing, service, and purchasing had to hold together. Cellar work followed that bar and dining-room foundation. As sommelier and cellarmaster at The Inn at Little Washington (2013–2014), Casper Rice added a dedicated wine and cellar responsibility before moving into the Corporate Wine Director role at Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants (since 2014).
