Cédric Auger

Cédric Auger is the chef at Le Moulin Fouret, a historic 16th-century former mill near Bernay in Normandy, where he took over the restaurant in 2018 and brought a modern approach to its cuisine. Cédric is a local native who was trained by a starred chef and had several years of experience as a chef in Honfleur before settling at Le Moulin Fouret. The restaurant and Michelin Guide describe his cooking as seasonal, refined, and based on fresh, local products, and the venue has been recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
