i. Biography
Cédric Auger is the chef at Le Moulin Fouret, a historic 16th-century former mill near Bernay in Normandy, where he took over the restaurant in 2018 and brought a modern approach to its cuisine. Cédric is a local native who was trained by a starred chef and had several years of experience as a chef in Honfleur before settling at Le Moulin Fouret.
