Cédric Pilloud

Cédric Pilloud is a Swiss pâtissier and entrepreneur from Chavornay who opened a tea room, bakery, pastry shop, and chocolate shop in Orbe with his wife Sandra in 2018. He later developed the Le Zingue by Pilloud concept in Orbe and has been described in local coverage as a young pastry talent and one of Switzerland’s standout pâtissiers, including a third-place finish at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
