i. Biography
Cédric Staudenmayer is a German chef from Weinstadt, where he runs the Michelin-starred Restaurant Cédric in the Beutelsbach district. He opened the restaurant in November 2022 in the former Krone family house, cooks alone without a brigade, and received his first Michelin star plus the Michelin Young Chef Award. His cooking is modern cuisine with strong seasonal and regional influences, shaped by Swabian roots and French accents.
