Chan Tak Kwong

Chan Tak Kwong is the Executive Chef at Wing Lei at Wynn Macau, where he leads the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant’s kitchen. Wynn Macau materials say he joined the pre-opening team in 2006, and later company and press coverage describe him as the chef at the helm of Wing Lei, where he focuses on classic Cantonese cuisine with a creative touch.
