Chas Martin

Chas Martin is a Dallas hospitality entrepreneur and co-founding partner of Duro Hospitality, the group behind The Charles, Sister, El Carlos Elegante, Mister Charles, Casa Duro, The Chumley House, and Norman’s Japanese Grill. He began in hospitality at Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse in Dallas, later served in senior food-and-beverage and general-management roles, and helped launch The Charles in 2018 before expanding Duro’s portfolio across North Texas. He also serves as president of CM Companies and is publicly described as a key front-facing leader of Duro’s concepts.
