i. Biography
Rotanak Ros, professionally known as Chef Nak, is a Cambodian chef, author, and culinary entrepreneur based in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap who focuses on preserving and elevating Khmer cuisine through research, storytelling, and hospitality. She founded the Chef Nak cultural enterprise, which offers private home dining, immersive cooking classes, and heritage homestays rooted in Cambodian food culture. She is one of Cambodia’s leading celebrity chefs. Her 2023 cookbook SAOY – Royal Cambodian Home Cuisine won Gourmand World Cookbook Awards’ Best of the Best Cookbook in the World.
