Today

Biodynamics sits within his vineyard thinking, and Chester Osborn has described it without ornament: “I became interested in biodynamics many years ago, including practices such as burying cow manure in horns and applying it in small amounts throughout the vineyard.” The point is not theory for its own sake, but a willingness to work with methods he sees as relevant to the vineyard. That practical openness matches the style he prefers in the glass: wines with presence, not restraint.
