Chris Foo is the principal bartender at Pop City x Pony, a Japanese-lifestyle cocktail bar in Singapore’s CBD at 19 Cecil Street. Official and press sources place him on the bar’s leadership team alongside bar manager Sylvia Chong, and the venue opened in late 2025 as a collaboration between Jigger & Pony Group and House of Suntory.
